We are looking for talented individual to join MMB Mutinational Japan as Commercial Leader. This is a role that has hybrid working requirement of working in the office at least three days in a week.

We will count on you to / 期待する役割:
- 新規契約の締結を通じて当社の成長を担い、売上目標を達成します
- プレセールからプレゼンテーション、クロージング、契約締結、アカウントマネジメントチームへの引き継ぎまで、複雑で規模の大きい営業サイクルのエンドツーエンドマネジメントをリードします
- 社内主要な関係者と協力し、さまざまな内部チャネルや流通ネットワークを通じてリードを獲得します
- 日系を中心とした世界有数の多国籍企業と地域的およびグローバルな信頼関係を築きます
You will need to have / 必要な経験やスキル:
- コンサルティング型営業で10年以上の実績と、事業開発経験
- 複雑で長期的な取引や交渉に長けた多国籍の営業経験
- 顧客企業の経営陣や、人事・福利厚生にかかわる上級リーダーと仕事した経験
- ステークホルダーとの協力関係を築き、影響力を持つ、強い存在感
- 異文化や時差・地域を越えた環境で効果的に働く経験
- 自律的に柔軟に働きながら、グローバルチームとの密接な協力体制を維持する力
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力とプレゼンテーション能力
