You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve key objectives. Your expertise in SAP ABAP Development will be crucial in driving the development and implementation of innovative solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Design, develop, and implement SAP ABAP solutions to meet project requirements. - Lead and mentor a team of developers to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to coding standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP ABAP solutions with other systems. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in SAP ABAP Development. - Provide technical guidance and support to project teams. - Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development. - Strong understanding of SAP ABAP programming concepts and techniques. - Experience in designing and developing SAP ABAP objects, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms. - Knowledge of SAP modules and integration points. - Experience with SAP development tools and technologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Fiori development. - Experience with SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA. - Knowledge of SAP NetWeaver and SAP UI technologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
