Title: BeatFleet Event Specialist

Reports to: BeatFleet Event Manager

Salary: $65,000 - $72,500 + Bonus

Date: 3/2025

 

Job Summary:

The BeatFleet Event Specialist builds the face of BeatBox in the field in the most relevant way and following the BeatBox national strategies and priorities. Reporting to the BeatFleet Event Manager, this person will build local and national networks including opinion-leaders and essential influencers. You will be executing the event marketing at all major music festivals with our event vehicle while implementing marketing programs in the areas of our business; on premise, off premise, events, and new business opportunities that impact the heart of local consumers, leading to the successful development of the brand.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities: 

This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but is subject to change. 

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage an exciting consumer-facing BeatFleet event vehicle program
• Work cross-functionally to plan, and execute, a variety of BeatBox events and share post-event feedback. 
• Work with Sales Teams to identify opportunities to use BeatFleet to drive sales.
• Ideate innovative ways to leverage the BeatFleet to create new sales opportunities for BeatBox.
• Create memorable consumer experiences through activations & education. 
• Manage ongoing maintenance and servicing of BeatFleet, proactively identifying any issues.
• Maintain an accurate schedule of BeatFleet routes and manage all requests from the sales team.

 

Required Skills/Abilities: 

There is a requirement to maintain a state sampling license to legally handle and pour alcohol at events.

• Event Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in event marketing strategies and tactics, with a focus on creating engaging and memorable experiences at major music festivals and other events.
• Brand Representation: Ability to represent the Beatbox brand effectively in the field, embodying its values and messaging.
• Strategic Alignment: A strong commitment to aligning local efforts with Beatbox's national marketing strategies and priorities.
• Networking Skills: Skill in building and nurturing local and national networks, including opinion leaders and influencers, both online (social media) and offline.
• Local Market Knowledge: Understanding of local market dynamics and consumer preferences to tailor marketing programs effectively.
• Multichannel Marketing: Proficiency in executing marketing programs across various channels, including on-Premise, off-Premise, events, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Consumer Engagement: Dedication to engaging with local consumers and fostering brand loyalty.
• Pass a driving skills test 

 

Education/Experience:

• DOT Federal Medical Card a must

• You’ve got a clean driver's license and you’re a confident driver.
• You're a creative and innovative thinker who's open to new ideas and experiences.
• You’ve got a flexible schedule and you love to work events any day & time of the week. 
• You've got phenomenal organizational abilities and you're great at prioritizing.

 

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Standing and Walking: Capable of standing and walking for extended periods of time.
• Sitting: Ability to sit at a desk/workstation or drive for extended periods of time.
• Manual Dexterity: Skill in using hands, fingers, and fine motor skills to operate equipment, tools, or machinery, as required.
• Driving: If applicable, a valid driver's license and the ability to operate a vehicle safely, including adherence to applicable traffic laws and regulations.
• Travel: up to 95% travel and working nights and weekends.
