The CRM Analytics Executive partners with Sales, Delivery, and Technical Architects to lead pre-sales engagements, oversee solution design, and ensure delivery of high-impact CRM Analytics solutions. This role provides strategic guidance to consulting teams, mentors junior staff, and aligns technical solutions to business outcomes at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Discovery

  • Lead executive-level workshops and discovery sessions with clients and stakeholders.
  • Assess client analytics requirements, business objectives, and integration needs.
  • Translate complex analytics challenges into strategic, actionable solutions.

Solution Design & Oversight

  • Approve high-level CRM Analytics architecture, including dashboards, datasets, ETL pipelines, and integration strategies.
  • Ensure scalability, security, and alignment with business goals.
  • Guide creation of PoCs, demos, and visualizations for executive presentations.

Proposal & Estimation

  • Oversee development of project estimates, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and SOWs with strategic technical input.
  • Identify risks and mitigation strategies for analytics initiatives.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Lead and mentor consulting teams and analysts on CRM Analytics best practices.
  • Maintain knowledge repositories, reusable templates, and solution accelerators.

Collaboration & Governance

  • Partner with Sales, Technical Architects, and PMO to ensure solution readiness and alignment.
  • Represent the practice in executive client meetings and strategic discussions.

Industry & Technology Leadership

  • Stay current with Salesforce CRM Analytics, BI tools, and industry best practices.
  • Advise clients on governance, security, and data quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics, Tableau, Einstein Analytics, or equivalent BI tools.
  • Strong experience in data modeling, ETL, integration, and analytics governance.
  • Executive-level pre-sales consulting and stakeholder management experience.
  • Ability to align technical solutions with strategic business objectives.

Experience

  • 5+ years in Salesforce CRM Analytics or technology consulting.
  • Prior experience leading pre-sales or consulting teams.

Preferred Certifications

  • Salesforce CRM Analytics/Einstein Analytics
  • Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
