Seeking a dynamic HRIS team member who is passionate about the business of HR and how the systems we provide have a direct correlation to attracting, developing, retaining and rewarding the best talent. We are seeking someone who is passionate about and understands the art of 4 key disciplines. First is business analysis and business process design, where understanding our internal stakeholder needs is paramount, and crafting process designs will ground the conversation and promote dreaming big. Second is maturing and owning our test management practices and customer engagement. Third is shepherding problem management by seeking trends in our ticket drivers that can be avoided. Fourth is project management through servant leadership and confident direction. Our HRIS team is at the heart of ensuring we provide best in class service and efficiency. This role will be a member of a close-knit global team dedicated to making measurable differences in the lives our team members.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements by being a student of our stakeholders and customers, then drawing prototypes to rapidly iterate with the stakeholder
Document current and future business process workflows, and craft artful business process design with as-is and to-be diagrams that tell a story
Understand the Workday and HRIS roadmaps to harmonize system vision and capability with business need and prioritization
Drive high levels of quality release management through SDLC practices and specifically testing disciplines, such as developing and executing test cases, facilitating user acceptance and regression testing
Lead problem management by analyzing trends of ticket drivers to understand where process gaps exist or simplification is needed, with the result of avoidance and efficiency gains
Root out waste in our processes with the confidence to question “why not” while analyzing trends and process pitfalls; Lean and Six Sigma experience are desired
Leading projects in a way that wins the hearts of our customers while focusing our configuration team to be most effective
Communicate progress updates and mitigation plans to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Foster relationships with partner teams who lead team member support and organizational change management
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in the fields of Business Analysis, Test Management, Problem Management, Project Management, with at least 2 years embedded in the field of Human Resources, and ideally within HRIS
Solid understanding of key HR touchpoints in hire-to-retire cycle are expected; global experience is desired
Minimum 1 year of functional experience with Workday; hands-on experience configuring and maximizing Workday is a plus as it will fast track explaining the art of the possible
Advanced technical acumen in Excel and proficient story telling in PowerPoint
Self-motivated achiever who gains satisfaction from ensuring HR partners and our team members have the best tools and processes
Must possess highly effective verbal, written, and communication skills
Possess highly effective interpersonal skills and emerging ability to work with all levels of leadership
Able to set priorities, be driven and excel with reduced oversight
Proven ability to build rapport, while providing superior customer service and maintaining positive relationships
Maintain the highest level of trust by keeping employee personal information confidential
Ability to work under tight deadlines
