Position Title: Specialty Care Representative
Location: Perth, WA
Employment: Full time, Permanent
Therapeutic Specialties: Cardiology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Allergy, Otolaryngology (ENT), and related allied health care professionals (AHCPs).

Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Engaging with Cardiology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Allergy, ENT and related AHCPs.
- Ensure our prescribers and AHCPs are educated, informed, and supported on the Viatris products pertinent to them.
- Key Account Management (KAM) skills and regular sales calls - delivering on reach and frequency goals and business development activities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, prescribers, AHCPs, and individual accounts.
- Maintain and develop a quality speaker data base to deliver Medical Education to primary care and other audiences.
- Optimize opportunities – including formulary and state tender listings, electronic medical record prescribing software is up to date in each account.
- Deliver budgeted revenue from sales.
- Daily accurate maintenance of all aspects of Veeva CRM.
- Demonstrate leadership behaviours within the specialty care team and wider Viatris organisation.
Qualifications for this role include:
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree – Pharmacy, Science, Nursing preferred.
- Strong track record of sales success.
- Hospital Sales Representative experience.
- High performing GP representatives with minimum 5 years’ experience and specialty care sales in their development plans.
- Established relationships in Cardiology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, and Allergy is favorable.
- Must have experience in the Australian Pharmaceutical industry.
- Must be comfortable with, and be able to effectively persuade, negotiate, influence, and network.
- Must be eligible to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or appropriate Visa holder)
