We are seeking a Web Developer Analyst with hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to support website implementation and content updates across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining AEM pages, applying HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure responsive, high-quality user experiences. This role requires strong collaboration with design, content, and development teams to ensure delivery excellence and adherence to brand and accessibility standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, edit, and maintain web pages using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

• Apply CSS and JavaScript enhancements to improve interactivity and responsiveness.

• Collaborate with designers and content authors to implement UI/UX best practices.

• Ensure proper use of AEM templates, components, and content structures.

• Conduct QA, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain site performance and consistency.

• Adhere to SEO and accessibility (WCAG) standards across all pages.

• Work within Agile workflows, participating in sprint ceremonies and code reviews.

Required Experience:

• 2–3 years of professional experience in front-end or web development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Practical experience as an AEM author (page creation, asset management, component configuration).

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

• Familiarity with CMS workflows and web content governance.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AEM components, templates, and workflows beyond authoring.

• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js, etc.).

• Experience using version control tools (e.g., Git).

• Exposure to Life Sciences or Healthcare environments.
