Position Title

Accounts Payable Specialist        

Mold Masters, Coimbatore, India (On-site)

Position reports to

Team Lead - Finance

Primary Objective

  • Daily invoice movement to AP Tool for Processing on time which includes scanning of invoices.
  • Non-PO Invoice processing
  • Responding to vendor queries internal and external.
  • SAP Entries – Bank Charges, set-off’s etc.,
  • GRIR Reconciliations
  • Filing & Documentation for Accounts dept.
  • Supporting to audit work by taking samples and necessary details which are required by the auditors.
  • Month-end provisions for AP
  • Employee Claims – Tracker & follow ups.
  • Subsequent invoices received review
  • Vendor reconciliations.  

Essential Skills/Experience

  • B.Com / M.Com Graduate
  • Freshers or max 2 years' experience
  • MS Office
  • possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
