Inventory Account Representative  - Day Shift

In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating the inventory levels and acquisition of supplies for our Medical/Surgical areas.  Monitor usage patterns and adjusts inventory requirements accordingly. Communicates changes to unit inventory and maintains unit profiles. Develop improved methods and controls for materials processing and handling. May participate in budget planning and justifies budget expenditures related to usage. Maintains and ensures proper safety conditions in storage areas.

This is a part-time position(18.75 hours/wk). Three days per week and must work every Saturday. Flexible shifts.

 

Required Criteria:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Three years’ experience in inventory management
• Demonstrated knowledge of Medical/Surgical supplies

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

$27.37-$29.38/Hourly
