JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Be the go-to person for candidates and hiring managers, making sure everyone has an awesome experience.
- Handle the whole TA process from A to Z: scheduling interviews, doing reference checks, collecting pre-onboarding docs, and more.
- Keep in touch with hiring managers and candidates to make sure everything’s on track.
- Partnering with TA to perform with pipelining, market mapping, and sourcing candidates.
- Share insights on talent availability, competitor landscape, and market trends.
- Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Workday updated with all the latest info.

What We’re Looking For:
- Fresh grads or those with up to 1 year of experience in talent acquisition.
- Ability to juggle multiple recruitment processes at once.
- Great communication and presentation skills.
- A solid understanding of diversity and inclusion principles.
- Experience with recruitment software and ATS (Workday is a plus!).
*This role is under a contract arrangement. Successful candidates will be hired under a 3rd party contract arrangement under a 12-month contract.
