This is a hybrid role. Upon agreement between you and your supervisor, you are entitled to a flexible arrangement where you will be able to split your time between working from the office and working remotely.

Your responsibilities:

Day-to-day activities within the scope of accounts payable area, in particular:
Posting invoices, reviewing missing invoices, sending invoices to approval
Handle payment reminders and e-mail communication with suppliers
Assisting in day-to-day administrative tasks in compliance with GBS internal procedures and instructions

Our requirements:

Fluency in English (min. B2)
Fluency in Portuguese (min. B2)
Ability to work in Microsoft Office (in particular: practical knowledge of MS Excel)
Very good communication skills, ability to work in a team
Analytical skills
Ability to learn quickly
