Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking charge as the main liaison for project activities, ensuring smooth coordination and communication among various stakeholders. The position demands a proactive approach to managing project progress, addressing challenges, and aligning development efforts with overall objectives. The engineer plays a pivotal role in shaping the application s architecture and functionality while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet client and organizational needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies and methodologies to enhance application performance and scalability.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development, SAP ABAP Cloud.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native application design and deployment within the SAP Business Technology Platform environment.
- Experience in developing and maintaining scalable, secure, and efficient enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
