Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in developing and optimizing custom code for high-performance applications within SAP HANA environments.
- Strong knowledge of database programming and integration techniques specific to SAP systems.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and tools to support iterative delivery.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and maintaining software components to ensure robustness and scalability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
