Responsibilities:

Job Title: React Native Developer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled React Native Developer to design, build, and configure mobile applications that meet business process and application requirements. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in React Native and Next.js, with an added advantage if they have experience in Python frameworks. As an Application Developer, you will be expected to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborate with and manage teams, and contribute to key decisions that impact both your team and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop innovative mobile applications using React Native while ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to define, design, and ship new features.
• Implement best practices for application development, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain high code quality.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions regarding application architecture and development strategies.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members, driving a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in mobile development.
• Ensure continuous improvement of application performance and user experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in React Native with a strong portfolio of mobile applications.
• Advanced proficiency in Next.js, with experience in building scalable frontend applications.
• A minimum of 3+ year of relevant experience in mobile development or related fields.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, Context API, React Hooks, and other state management libraries.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party services into applications.
• Knowledge of mobile performance optimization techniques and tools.
• Experience with unit testing, debugging, and performance testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Bonus Points If You Have:
• Intermediate proficiency in Python frameworks (such as Django or Flask).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Firebase.
• Knowledge of native mobile development (iOS/Android) using Swift, Kotlin, or Objective-C.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools.
