Summary: Proficient with synthesizing technical business requirements into actionable work. Experience in mainframe technology and ability to read Cobol Strong understanding of mainframe architecture and call patterns Collaboration with Generative AI and Development teams to further synthesize and refine outputs Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and validate business requirements aligned to fee billing transformation goals. Translate requirements into actionable user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria for development teams. Bridge business and technical teams to ensure legacy functionality is accurately mapped to modernized solutions. Support end-to-end delivery by identifying gaps, resolving ambiguities, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile Project Management, Wealth Management Advisory Solutions. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Ability to create detailed documentation for business processes and application functionalities. - Experience in stakeholder management to ensure alignment and satisfaction with project outcomes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
