Job Purpose:

We are looking Identity and Access Lifecycle management SME, with 5+ years of relevant experience, capable of delivering enterprise solutions.  Technically, you will be comfortable working using Agile methodologies in a Scrum/SAFe environment, and have proven experience designing, building and managing modern authentication capabilities for Cloud and self-hosted applications.

You will be working towards improving the maturity of IAM capabilities within GSK driving security and user experience.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Development and implementation of IAM process in SailPoint and other Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM) tools.

  • Design and implement identity and account lifecycle processes at GSK, focusing on provisioning, deprovisioning, and secure access management for applications and resources (on-premises and cloud-based).

  • Collaborate with product owners and architects to manage user identities throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate access rights.

  • Identify, design and implement process improvements, and adopting new technologies like automation and analytics.

  • Provide support to the IAM team during compliance testing and verification.

  • Hands-on experience in IAM technologies such as Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), account provisioning/deprovisioning, access reviews, and identity reporting.

  • Help maintain security of IAM systems by following best practices and monitoring for vulnerabilities.

  • Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical troubleshooting.

  • Document configurations, processes, and protocols comprehensively.

  • Continuously evaluate and implement new IAM technologies and best practices to enhance security and efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field with 5 to 8 years of professional exp

  • Hands-on experience with IGA tools for role management, access reviews, and certification processes.

  • Exposure to IGA tools for role management, access reviews, and certification processes.

  • Familiarity with SailPoint or other leading IAM platforms.

  • Experience in migration of IAM process to new SaaS platform.

  • Foundational knowledge of access control models such as Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) or Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC).

  • Problem-solving skills and ability to debug system errors.

  • Awareness of test phases and traceability management.

  • Experience with GitHub or Azure DevOps.

  • Knowledge of application security best practices.

  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to stakeholders.

  • Exposure to compliance and regulatory requirements.

  • Understanding of LDAP, Active Directory, and their integration with IAM systems.

  • Familiarity and hands-on develop and deploy of serverless services in cloud environment (Azure)

  • Basic understanding of SQL tools like SQL Developer or TOAD for data analysis.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related fields.

  • Soft Skills: Team collaboration, problem-solving, and adaptability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of standard IAM practise and cyber security.

  • Hands-on and in-depth experience in ILM product and implementation.

  • Showcase problem solving and innovation in solving business problem.

  • Experience in AI based IAM use case implementation.

  • Exposure to front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, or JavaScript frameworks like React.

  • Familiarity with test automation tools.

  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps).

  • Knowledge of deploying, managing and monitoring applications in a Cloud environment (Microsoft Azure).

  • Previously worked in a central IT team within a regulated environment such as the Pharmaceutical or Financial services
