Som Senior Manager vil du ikke bare lede komplekse teknologiprosjekter, men også være en sentral bidragsyter i utviklingen av vårt fagmiljø. Du får ansvar for å drive strategiske initiativer og bidra til kompetansebygging, både internt og eksternt.

Du vil jobbe tett med spennende kunder, fra å utvikle helhetlige teknologistrategier, til å planlegge og gjennomføre komplekse teknologi- og transformasjonsprosjekter. Om rollen:

Du vil jobbe tett med kunder som rådgiver i strategisk viktige teknologi- og transformasjonsprosjekter. Rollen kombinerer struktur, ledelse og praktisk gjennomføring.
 

Arbeidsoppgaver vil blant annet omfatte:

· Strukturere og prioritere forretnings- og teknologibehov, samt definere mål, scope og leveransemodell for prosjekter.

· Etablere styringsmodeller og prosjektoppsett, og lede implementering av forretnings- og kjernesystemer.

· Samarbeide tett med forretning, produktansvarlige, utviklere og arkitekter for å sikre fremdrift, kvalitet og tydelig kommunikasjon.

· Ha ansvar for rapportering, risiko og avhengigheter, samt håndtere interessenter gjennom hele prosjektløpet.

· Lede og støtte tverrfaglige team og bidra til struktur, kvalitet og forutsigbare leveranser.

Hvem ser vi etter

Vi ser etter deg som har god forståelse for samspillet mellom teknologi, organisasjon og forretning, og som er trygg i dialog med både tekniske og ikke-tekniske interessenter.

Vi tror du har:

· Minimum 8 års erfaring med teknologiledelse og/eller digitalisering, hvorav minst 4 år fra konsulenthus

· Erfaring med strategisk rådgivning og vant til å lede prosjekt og leveranser

· Mastergrad innen teknologi, økonomi, ledelse eller tilsvarende

· God skriftlig og muntlig fremstillingsevne på norsk og engelsk
