The Opportunity:
CACI’s growing Agile Digital Solutions Operating Group is searching for an experienced Portfolio Lead to support the modernization of a large portfolio of business solutions used by a major US Government customer. The Lead will work closely with both Program and Customer senior leadership to develop transformation plans and roadmaps to evolve legacy systems and processes by migrating those capabilities to modern solution platforms. Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with the team and customer to understand and articulate value for the portfolio and help translate the long-term vision within the team.
Support value stream mapping.
Support development of modernization plans to migrate/rationalize capabilities to common existing/future state platforms.
Ensures necessary collaboration and is provided to development teams associated with the portfolio.
Help ensure applications within the portfolio align with the applicable governance models.
Assess potential adoption risks and identify mitigation strategies.
Work with customer and team leadership to identify areas for improvement and implement the associated changes.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution and 10+ years’ experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience supporting value stream mapping.
Desired:
Prior senior leadership experience on National Aeronautical and Space Administration (NASA) programs
Working knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Program Management Professional (PMP) certification.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
