Summary: As a Technology OpS Support Practitioner, you will own the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services. You will develop, deploy, and support infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery. Your typical day will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of systems, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide effective solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide technical guidance. - Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. - Ensure the availability and reliability of systems and applications. - Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems and data. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud technologies. - Strong understanding of system administration and troubleshooting. - Knowledge of networking protocols and concepts. - Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
