Overview of the role

This role primarily supports the Environment Pillar of the Saputo Promise. Reporting to the Senior Manager Corporate Responsibility, the incumbent will support the development and enhancement of global environmental data processes and tools.

The role enables and supports teams across Canada, the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom in achieving Saputo’s global environmental objectives. Success in this role requires building strong cross‑functional relationships, understanding business needs, and translating data into actionable insights.

How you will make contributions that matter:

  • Support the development and ongoing optimization of Saputo’s global environmental data management system (Evotix)

  • Perform corporate governance and data validation controls to support quality assurance (QA) and audit processes related to global environmental data

  • Provide data‑driven recommendations and support the implementation of continuous improvements to global environmental data processes

  • Design, build, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and analytical tools to generate actionable insights aligned with global objectives

  • Support the maintenance of global processes related to Saputo’s GHG inventory (Scopes 1, 2, and 3) in alignment with SBTi requirements, applying GHG Protocol guidelines as required

  • Support annual disclosure processes, including CDP, SBTs, and other environmental‑related disclosures.

  • Analyze global datasets to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and performance improvement opportunities, proactively communicating insights to global stakeholders

  • Leverage global environmental data to support responses to global customer requests

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, Finance, or a related field, with demonstrated experience in environmental, ESG, or sustainability data and reporting

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics, data management and governance, corporate reporting, corporate responsibility, environmental, or sustainability roles

  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and optimizing data processes, including data validation, controls, and system improvements

  • Strong proficiency with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard development, visualization, and Power Query); experience considered a strong asset

  • Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written) is required, as the role involves regular communication with stakeholders in both languages

  • Highly motivated self‑starter, able to operate independently with minimal supervision

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components using data, assumptions, and sound judgment

  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with global teams at all levels of the organization

  • Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, dependability, and the ability to build trust with leadership and peers

Salary: 80,130$ to 105,170$

*Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.
