The selected candidate will be employed by Critical Mission Services Sp. z o.o., part of Amentum.

The purpose of this role is to support the development and maintenance of the knowledge portal. You will join HR Global Delivery Organization (GDO International) team and you will closely cooperate with colleagues from Poland, UK, USA and other countries.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the development, editing and formatting of HR knowledge

  • Building HR knowledge into the ServiceNow knowledge base

  • Supporting ongoing maintenance of knowledge within the ServiceNow knowledge base to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance with standards

  • Maintaining internal GDO documentation (SharePoint)

  • Managing workload via cases within ServiceNow

  • Collaborating with HR knowledge owners, subject matter experts, and internal stakeholders to gather information and support content updates 

  • Assisting in projects aimed at closing knowledge gaps or implementing updates driven by HR process changes

  • Contributing ideas for improving knowledge management practices and user experience within the knowledge base 

  • Supporting broader knowledge management initiatives under the guidance of more senior team members

  • Additional duties regarding knowledge base or process improvements might be required

Requirements

  • Experience in using MS office package (especially Word)

  • Understanding of shared workspace platforms (SharePoint, MS Teams, etc.)

  • Fluent English- B2/C1

  • Willingness to write simple, accurate, attractive and user-friendly communications, manuals, instructions and FAQs

  • Basic understanding of HTML or willingness to learn

  • Comfortable working with digital tools and eager to develop technical skills 

  • Self-motivated and well-organized person

  • Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders 

  • Time management skills and ability to set up priorities

  • Several years of experience in HR.

  • Experience in knowledge management, content creation, service delivery or a related area would be an asset
