Current Need:

Do you have a passion for AI and a desire to solve complex challenges in the healthcare industry?

We are seeking a talented and experienced Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in designing and delivering cutting-edge AI solutions to optimize revenue cycle management for our clients.

This is a heavy remote role but must reside in either the Eastern or Central Time Zones. Boston, MA is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a problem-solver: Identify and analyze complex business challenges within the healthcare revenue cycle and leverage AI to develop innovative solutions.

  • Build production-grade AI systems: Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions that deliver real-world impact for our clients.

  • Lead the AI lifecycle: Take ownership of the entire AI lifecycle, from defining architecture to building, testing, deploying, and monitoring models.

  • Stay ahead of the curve: Utilize state-of-the-art tools and cloud solutions to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

  • Collaborate effectively: Work closely with cross-functional teams (data engineers, data scientists) to ensure successful project delivery.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of technical experience processing healthcare claims data.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. PhD is a plus.

Critical Skills:

  • AI Expertise: Proven experience in using large language models (RAG-LLMs), LangChain, and vector databases to architect AI solutions.

  • Advanced AI skills: Proficiency in prompt engineering, agentic frameworks, and retrieval augmented generation (RAG).

  • Problem-solving Prowess: A creative and innovative approach to tackling challenges with the latest AI technologies.

  • Software Development Skills: Strong experience developing software using Python and open-source modeling frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

  • Cloud Savvy: 4+ years of experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and AI services (SageMaker, AI Platform, Azure ML).

  • Team Player: Experience collaborating effectively with diverse teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

  • Production-Ready: Experience in production model management, automated testing, and monitoring solutions.

  • A passion for contributing to open-source projects.

  • A genuine passion for artificial intelligence and its potential to revolutionize healthcare.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$120,200 - $200,300
