Summary: As an Application Designer, you will engage in defining requirements and designing applications that align with business processes and application needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, analyzing user requirements, and creating innovative solutions to enhance application functionality and user experience. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the applications are designed with best practices in mind, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Analyze and document application requirements to ensure clarity and alignment with business objectives. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to promote best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in HTML5. - Strong understanding of CSS3 and JavaScript for front-end development. - Experience with responsive design principles and frameworks. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in HTML5. - This position is based at our Cebu office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
