Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and contribute to the success of our organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Lead the design and development of applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Configure and customize applications to meet specific business requirements. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications. - Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and performance. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Strong understanding of SAP SD modules and functionalities. - Experience in designing and implementing SAP SD solutions. - Knowledge of integration points between SAP SD and other modules. - Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing SAP SD. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA. - Experience in SAP SD implementation projects. - Knowledge of SAP SD pricing and billing processes. - Experience in SAP SD data migration and data conversion. - Solid grasp of SAP SD reporting and analytics. - Recommendation: Proficiency in SAP ABAP. - Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 development. - Knowledge of SAP SD integration with other SAP modules. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
