About the role

This internship opportunity is designed for a motivated graduate student eager to gain practical experience and potentially transition into a full-time position within the company. We aim to provide a dynamic learning environment where interns can contribute, learn, and align with the values and mission of the company.

We are currently looking for individuals who can commit to an internship schedule of 2-5 days (16-40 hours) per week. This internship opportunity entails a minimum duration of 6 months, beginning from the present date. Responsibilities

Hardware Management:

• Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hardware, including allocation to users.
• Offboarding: Participate in hardware offboarding procedures, ensuring proper recall and documentation.
• Assist with day-to-day tasks, including document handling, data analysis, and participation in team meetings.
• Maintenance and management of hardware and software assets

Issues Troubleshooting:

• Handle troubleshooting activities, focusing on tool usage and addressing simple hardware issues.
• Dedicated to gaining hands-on experience in identifying and resolving various IT-related challenges.

ITSM System Operation:

• Gain exposure to IT Service Management (ITSM) system operations.
• Understanding and participating in the operation of ITSM systems.
