Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model.

Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will engage in a variety of project management activities that encompass the entire lifecycle of assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members, analyzing project performance, and ensuring that all project objectives are met efficiently and effectively within a globally sourced delivery model. You will also be responsible for identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them, thereby contributing to the overall success of the projects you oversee. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and understanding of project objectives. - Identify and analyze project risks, proposing effective mitigation strategies. - Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement. - Support the development and implementation of project management best practices and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services. - Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. - Experience with project scheduling and resource allocation tools. - Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports. - Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Cebu office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
