AOM Support - Quality Control Enablement

Description -

The AOM Quality Control Enablement is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective quality control processes to ensure that existing processes meet established standards of excellence. This role involves designing quality control strategies, analyzing process efficiencies, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and improve process quality.

Key responsibilities:

Process Design and Development

  • Design and develop comprehensive quality control processes
  • Create and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines for quality control activities.
  • Develop and document quality control protocols and testing procedures
  • Define quality performance metrics.

Process Optimization:

  • Analyze existing quality control processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and process quality.
  • Utilize data analysis and statistical tools to monitor and improve process performance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Train and support the impacted teams on quality assurance protocols and standards
  • Communicate effectively with management and stakeholders on quality-related issues

Education and experience required

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance roles
  • Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Project and/or Program Management experience preferably within an international environment.

Candidate profile:

  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in quality control methodologies, tools, and software.
  • Excellent use of MS Office functions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
