As the Head of Growth Engineering, you will lead a dynamic and impactful team focused on scaling Nextdoor’s user base and engagement. This is a critical leadership role where you will collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Product, Design, and Data, to ideate, prioritize, and deliver growth initiatives. Your contributions will directly influence the success of our user growth funnel and the ongoing evolution of our platform.
At Nextdoor, we foster an inclusive, collaborative work environment and provide a hybrid work experience to support flexibility for our employees.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at building and scaling teams, and are passionate about driving meaningful impact, this is the role for you. As a data-informed engineering leader, you will shape the strategic direction of our growth initiatives and guide your team to execute effectively.
Your responsibilities will include:
Compensation, benefits, perks, and recognition programs at Nextdoor come together to create one overall rewards package.
The starting salary for this role is expected to range from $325,000 to $400,000 on an annualized basis, or potentially greater in the event that your 'level' of proficiency exceeds the level expected for the role. Compensation may also vary by geography.

Overall, total compensation will vary depending on your relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
When it comes to benefits, we have you covered! Nextdoor employees can choose between a variety of health plans, including a 100% covered employee only plan, and provide a OneMedical membership for concierge care.
At Nextdoor, we empower our employees to build stronger local communities. To create a platform where all feel welcome, we want our workforce to reflect the diversity of the neighbors we seek to serve. We encourage everyone interested in our mission to apply.
