Job Description:
The Business Line (BL) Network Control (NC) Academy leader is in charge of developing and delivering training for the BL workforce (including on-boarding of newcomers) and for our customers as well as monitoring the execution the workforce plan in full cooperation with HR.
Main Accountabilities:
The NC Academy leader:
- Is accountable for developing, productizing, and maintaining a full list of required internal and external trainings related to Network Control,
- Is accountable for up-to-date training content and list of trainers,
- Ensures – in collaboration with all NC functions – the correct onboarding of new employees and regular training for all employees, including checklists with access to tools and process descriptions.
- Provides KPIs and statistics on training execution, feedback and process compliance
- Is accountable for planning and execution of customer training, in collaboration with the global engineering team, Product Management and other NC functions,
- Is accountable for infrastructure, tools and methods needed for the execution of internal and external training,
- Keeps a registry of people and their successfully completed trainings,
- Collects customer feedback for external training and works with the trainers to improve the trainings
- Execute with HR on the Workforce Force Plan (WFP) in terms of quantity and qualifications
- Interface with S&OP to collect requirements of the WFP
- Ensure hiring is performed as per the delivery model
- Lead a monthly staffing plan review in coordination with S&OP
- Develop a NC academy with ’CoE & Industrialization’ + ‘Project Office’ with standard integration paths & new product integration trainings
- Maintain and execute the training catalog for customers.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university preferred
- Master’s degree preferred
- 5-10 years’ related portfolio and project management or engineering experience
- Understanding of managing and writing proposals is a plus
- Preferred knowledge of Software industry
- Experience within a global, matrix organization is required
- Possess excellent leadership, communication, prioritization and organizational skills
- Change management experience and proven delivery of change implementation
- Proven ability to build effective relationships at all levels across the business, able to collaborate within the broader business at a senior level
- Result-driven, ability to inspire, motivate and lead people to best outcomes indirectly, using influencing skills
