Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As a Senior Planner, S&OE you are responsible for driving end-to-end execution alignment within the tactical planning horizon, ensuring supply, demand, and inventory decisions translate into actionable outcomes. You play a critical role in bridging planning and execution, coordinating across global and regional partners to manager risk, optimize outcomes, and enable informed decision making. You will act as a subject matter expert within tactical planning, partnering with cross-functional teams to assess risks, align on mitigation strategies, and improve planning outcomes. Your analytical expertise will help connect supply impacts to business performance and recommended solutions. This role offers the opportunity to strengthen processes, build relationships, and develop advanced problem-solving capabilities through hands-on experience.
This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

Global Supply Planning aligns global supply with business priorities, ensuring products are available where and when they are needed. The team sets supply strategy, defines key priorities and KPIs, and partners cross-functionally with Merchandising, Finance, and operations teams to deliver integrated plans. The team balances supply and demand by developing scenario plans and optimizing production and inventory based on evolving forecasts. Working closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners, the team ensures efficient inventory levels and execution. Global Supply Planning connects strategy to execution to drive consistency, efficiency, and growth across the global supply chain.
