What You Will Do:

As an HVAC Sales Executive, you will be a key player in our growing team, reporting directly to the Sales Manager, Aftermarket. Your mission? To drive sales and expand our market share in the Marmara region with our cutting-edge HVAC products. You’ll thrive in a vibrant environment that empowers you to leverage your experience and generate new business opportunities.

How You Will Do It:

  • Pursue and Close Deals: Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities with competitive, high-quality proposals.
  • Client Engagement: Visit industrial customers, contractors, and consultants to showcase and sell our Chillers, Air Handling Units, Fan Coils, and Cooling Towers.
  • Market Expertise: Stand out by differentiating Johnson Controls through your deep understanding of our competitors’ strategies, products, and services.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships, driving growth in your territory.
  • Stay Organized: Manage multiple priorities with excellent planning and time management skills, ensuring consistent and determined effort in your work.

What We Look For:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of Chillers, Air Handling Units, Fan Coils, and Cooling Towers, especially in HVAC.
  • Ability to design technical solutions, select equipment, and advise customers on solutions.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales within the Marmara Region.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong sales drive, determined, and results-oriented.
  • Type B driving license.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Residence in Istanbul.

Preferred:

  • SAP Knowledge.
  • Certificate in Energy Management.
