The Compensation Data Product Manager leads specific compensation data products and is responsible for their success. This role sets and drives product strategy, improves existing products, and helps develop new offerings for Mercer clients. You will use market insights, client needs, and data analysis to guide product decisions and deliver strong business results.
We will count on you to:
Lead specific compensation data products and manage their performance and development
Set and communicate product strategy aligned with business goals and client needs
Improve existing products and help develop and launch new offerings
Analyze survey results and turn findings into clear insights and client-facing stories
Recommend product changes, priorities, and pricing to leadership
Work with internal teams and clients to deliver effective, high-quality solutions on time
What you need to have:
Experience in compensation, ideally in data, surveys, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to use data and market input to support product decisions
Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results on time
