Justification:
This position will assist in the operation of all Union Construction Building Trade and Industrial Apprenticeship Programs in the Central Indiana Service Area. Approximately 20% of this position’s workload will be allocated to the Registrar’s office.

Job Description:
•  Maintain records of Ivy Tech’s Building Trades apprentice and journeyperson database information in customer relationship management (CRM system) and student information systems (e.g. Salesforce, Ivy Connect, Banner, Hire Ivy).
•  Build and maintain all (300+) building trades apprentice and journeyperson classes each term.
•  Maintain industrial enrollment spreadsheets and create reports.
•  Process applications.
•  Track progress through completion of program.
•  Prepare diplomas/graduation packets used for all graduation banquets.
•  Ensure fees for each apprentice/journeyperson are linked appropriately each term.
•  Assist with preparing invoices and requisitions of student fees and grant funds.
•  Summarize and distribute course evaluations.
 

Education

•  A minimum of one (1) year related experience in business, industry, higher education, or a related activity with financial acumen.

•  Must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
•  Excellent communication skills, the ability to work as a team member and the ability to meet multiple deadlines.

•Associate degree in related field required.

•  Participate in training and professional development as needed.
