Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. With your expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, you will play a crucial role in driving the implementation and customization of applications to meet business requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, managing project timelines, and providing technical leadership to the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for technical guidance and support. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Manage project timelines and ensure successful delivery of projects. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team. - Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Salesforce Service Cloud. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of application development processes and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud. - Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and components. - Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. - Hands-on experience in customizing and configuring Salesforce Service Cloud applications. - Solid knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud integration with other systems. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Apex development. - Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud data migration and data management. - Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud security and access controls. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
