Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current technology used at Integer and recommend improvements
  • Engage in and facilitate stakeholder discussions to document business requirements
  • Design solutions to meet requirements and conduct solution assessments
  • Design and document integrations between cloud and on-premise applications
  • Configure, develop, and support corporate applications working with Integer stakeholders
  • Participate in system validations, produce documentation including user testing scripts
  • Design, implement, deploy, and maintain a complete solution
  • Comply with Integer policies for PMO, SDLC, Audit, Security, Infrastructure, Network
  • Lead application and system maintenance reviews and related actions
  • Conduct cross program and project resolution
  • Advise management on business integration strategies
  • Discover, design, build, test, and deploy end-to-end solutions
  • Design and support continuous improvements for deployed solutions
  • Administer application configuration where required
  • Prepare user documentation and conduct user training sessions
  • Support project management with project timeline and cost estimates
  • Continuous research of emerging technology and proposing change where needed
  • Provide supervision and guidance to development teams

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or relevant field
  • 5+ years deep functional expertise with a leading Quality and Plant Maintenance systems
  • 5+ years experience leading design, execution, and support for application solutions
  • Excellent knowledge of on-prem, cloud, and current application trends
  • 1 or more IT or business focused certifications PMP, Microsoft, ITIL, other
