Roles and Responsibilities
Lead daily manufacturing operations for an assigned production area with accountability for safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) performance
Develop and manage staffing plans and production schedules to align labor resources with production requirements and customer demand
Drive execution of the production plan to achieve output targets and meet on-time delivery commitments
Maintain direct accountability for delivery performance and proactively address production constraints, schedule risks, and execution gaps
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and operational procedures and standards
Lead and support actions to improve product quality, reduce defects, and sustain process discipline within the manufacturing area
Manage area performance to cost expectations through effective labor planning, productivity improvement, and waste reduction
Partner cross-functionally with planning, supply chain, quality, engineering, and facility/maintenance teams to resolve operational issues and improve business performance
Lead structured problem solving and implement corrective actions to address recurring production, quality, and delivery issues
Monitor daily operating metrics and respond quickly to gaps in SQDC performance
Provide direct leadership, coaching, and accountability to production employees to drive engagement, teamwork, and execution
Drive Lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives to improve flow, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency
Support and reinforce 5S standards to maintain an organized, efficient, and visually managed production environment
Communicate production status, risks, priorities, and recovery actions to plant leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college with at least 7 years of experience in a Manufacturing environment.
4 or more years manufacturing supervisory experience.
Desired Characteristics

Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Established project management skills.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $115,100.00 and $191,800.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
