About the opportunity:
We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Executive Operations Associate to provide high-level support to our CEO and executive leadership team, assist with company-wide meetings and events, and provide ad-hoc support to help the company stay organized and efficient. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with startup leaders, gain insights into high-growth businesses, and make a real impact.
Responsibilities:
Provide support on special projects, conducting research, preparing reports, and assisting with the management of key company initiatives
Anticipate the needs of executives and the business, taking proactive steps to address challenges, resolve conflicts, and streamline operations before issues arise
Continuously seek out ways to improve administrative processes, creating efficiencies and simplifying workflows for executives and the team
Own the planning and execution of company events, offsites, and team-building activities
Manage and maintain calendars for executives, coordinating and prioritizing a high volume of meetings, travel arrangements, and events with efficiency and precision
Organize meetings, conferences, and offsites, ensuring all logistics are handled, including preparation of agendas, materials, and follow-ups
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Previous experience at a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail
Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic setting with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
Highly flexible and comfortable with adapting to changing priorities
Able to maintain a professional demeanor in both internal and external interactions, even in high-pressure situations
