The opportunity 

We are now hiring a Software Engineering Auditor/Program Manager.

We offer a chance to lead and audit complex software engineering projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards. You’ll be a key expert driving governance, mentoring teams, and improving technical project execution across the organization. With a focus on quality, compliance, and efficiency, this position empowers you to make a strategic impact in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

How you’ll make an impact   

• Conduct comprehensive audits of engineering processes related to software development including findings, issues, and recommendations.
• Evaluate code quality, compliance with design methodologies, and the efficiency of tools and processes.
• Drive and implement best practices in software engineering governance.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the implementation and monitoring of audit recommendations.
• Develop and deliver training and workshops to promote best practices.
• Lead initiatives to enhance process quality, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.

Your Background 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Expertise in methodologies and tools specific to software engineering, such as code quality assessment and compliance with design methodologies.
• Proficiency in IEEE15288/IEEE12207 and other relevant software engineering standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in software engineering auditing and governance.
• Recognized expert in the field with a track record of driving and implementing best practices.
