Summary:
As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing and coordinating the delivery of security services tailored to diverse client environments. This role requires continuous monitoring and management to uphold protection standards, ensure compliance with relevant policies, and maintain operational resilience. The practitioner actively engages with various stakeholders to align security measures with client needs, adapting to evolving challenges and contributing to a secure and stable infrastructure throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security service delivery and address client requirements effectively.
- Monitor security incidents and coordinate timely responses to mitigate risks and minimize impact.
- Document and report on security operations, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in their professional development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Security Operations.
- Strong understanding of firewall management, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and vulnerability assessment tools.
- Experience with security information and event management platforms to analyze and respond to threats.
- Knowledge of network protocols, architectures, and security frameworks to design and implement effective controls.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to protect client environments.
- Familiarity with incident response processes and best practices to ensure rapid recovery and continuity.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Network Security Operations.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
