About the Role
As an Industrial Project Coordinator and Trainer, you will be responsible for the comprehensive implementation of our proprietary manufacturing management system at Valeo plants. Your goal is to successfully lead projects from the assessment phase, through software launch on production lines, to the final handover to local teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Deployment: Traveling to Valeo plants to launch the MES system on selected production lines.
Assessment & Audit: Performing assessments of the current situation at plants, creating gap analyses, and defining action plans necessary to meet project prerequisites.
Strategic Advisory: Supporting local teams in pilot area selection and advising on optimal deployment strategies and solutions.
Data Management: Ensuring the correct preparation of Master Data by local teams, including station configurations, work centers, and machine parameters.
Project Coordination: Managing project schedules, efforts, and timeframes while coordinating communication between all involved stakeholders.
Training & Support: Conducting workshops and on-the-job training for end-users regarding system functions and reporting features.
Process Optimization: Supporting VPS (Valeo Production System) workshops to generate savings and improve operational efficiency.
Our Expectations:
Manufacturing Experience: Professional background in a manufacturing environment and experience with MES/MOM systems or IT for production.
Project Management Skills: Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and arbitrate project efforts effectively.
Analytical Competence: Experience in performing assessments and creating structured gap analyses.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to conduct training and build professional relationships with local teams.
Mobility: Readiness for frequent business travel to various manufacturing sites.
English Proficiency: Fluency in spoken and written English, enabling seamless collaboration in an international environment.
