Job Description

What is the opportunity?

In this role, you will be the client’s primary point of contact for all day-to-day Clients related operational queries, liaising internally with various operational teams to ensure our clients receive an exceptional experience.

What will you do?

  • Point of contact for servicing our clients and their agents regarding Pension Benefits.
  • Provides critical support for all day-to-day Clients related operational issues & Pension Benefits queries
  • Answering all Clients Pension Benefits enquires as experts in their field
  • Understanding of client processing
  • Direct liaison with other operational  teams to resolve daily operational issues
  • Understanding of customer expectations and satisfactions levels

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Industry related courses
  • Client service experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and networking abilities with clients and internal
  • Organizational & time management skills

Nice-to-have

  • University degree 
  • Investor service operations experience
  • Understanding of Risk Management & Compliance requirements relating to KYC & AML

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.

Pay Range

The expected pay range for this position is:

$46,000.00 - $70,000.00
