The Opportunity

We are looking for a Business Systems Delivery Manager to join the Business Systems Function Team based in Abingdon. This team is responsible for developing and maintaining the key applications which enable the effective and efficient operation of our 2 laboratories, salesforce and customer service functions.

The role reports to the IT Director. There is a need to travel occasionally to our other UK sites and the very occasional need for overnight stays.

What You’ll Do

The Business Systems Delivery Manager is responsible for managing the team (3 direct reports) to deliver 2nd and 3rd line support, small projects and services to our business stakeholders, to coordinate with 3rd part providers (IT), to provide support to the internal stakeholders and team members and to manage testing, system validation and documentation. They will also support the financial management of this Business Systems Function.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate would have experience in people, service delivery and project management, ITIL and a structured SDLC environment and software testing management experience . Relevant degree preferable.
