Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

- Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain technical solutions within the PeopleSoft HCM framework. - Customize and enhance components using Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interface, Application Packages, and SQL. - Collaborate with functional teams to understand and address requirements. - Write and optimize SQL queries for performance and data retrieval. - Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the performance of existing systems. - Participate in code reviews, unit testing, system integration testing, and deployment activities. - Develop and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) reports. - Ensure adherence to documentation and version control procedures. - Required Skills and Experience: Payroll Knowledge: Basic understanding of payroll processes, including taxes, earnings, deductions, and insurances. - PeopleSoft Technical Skills: Proficiency in PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface (CI), and Component structure.
