About the Role

在核保及新契约销售服务方面提供专业支持

岗位职责：

• 推动核保及新契约相关政策总部规则的承接落地，汇总分析专业管理与实操问题，及时进行落地反馈，提出改进意见及需求
• 指导渠道/客户核保及新契约照会问题件处理，提供专业咨询和疑难解答，包括照会解释、可保性评估、客户存疑核保案件复议申请等
• 提供对各渠道有关核保及新契约方面的服务支持，包括线上答疑和线下现场答疑支持
• 培训系列课件开发，提供运营专业培训
• 承接双录管理工作，负责运营单证的流程管理、制度建设及单证征订等工作
• 负责体检管理日常对接，协调客户体检预约，跟进处理进度，并负责体检外包服务商的沟通与日常管理
• 负责新契约部分的适当性管理落地工作，并配合消保评级提供适当性管理案例
• 其他主管安排的相关工作

任职要求：

• 大学本科及以上学历
• 医学、保险相关专业，医学背景优先
• 3年以上寿险公司核保从业经验
• 熟练使用办公软件，会使用AI工具，具有创新意识和服务意识。
• 学习能力强、能吃苦耐劳，有较强的责任心
• 良好的沟通表达能力、授课能力、对外培训能力
• 良好的心理素质和抗压能力，适应高强度工作
