Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components or applications. The role requires working closely with team members to iteratively build scalable and efficient software using contemporary development methodologies. This position emphasizes delivering high-quality, customized solutions that align with unique business requirements while adapting to evolving project needs and collaborating within an agile environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software to enhance performance and maintainability.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure IaaS.
- Good To Have Skills: Infrastructure As Code (IaC).
- Experience in designing and deploying cloud infrastructure solutions using Microsoft Azure services.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including virtualization, networking, and storage.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud-based environments for performance and cost efficiency.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline infrastructure management.


Automate Infrastructure Testing: Write Go-based tests using Terratest and native terraform test HCL configurations to validate reusable Azure modules.
Working Knowledge of Azure Infrastructure: Verify core services like VNETs, Azure SQL, AKS, and Managed Identities and Entra groups etc.
Coordination: Coordinate with Product Build team and understand the Azure policy and compliance guidelines to write effective automation tests.
Knowledge on Harness CI/CD: Good to Have.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
