Job Description:

This position is responsible for overseeing the procurement, tracking, and management of parts inventory to ensure efficient operations within the shop or service department. The role requires maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting maintenance workflows, and ensuring timely availability of parts for ongoing and future work orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain parts inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and availability of critical components.

  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts, ensuring they meet quality and quantity requirements.

  • Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and administrative teams to forecast parts needs and support workflow efficiency.

  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18yrs of age or older

  • Must be able to work Part Time hours

  • Must be able to work Monday-Friday

  • Must be able to work 5 hours daily

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The pay for this position is $21.00 per hour. For union-represented postings, wage rates and ranges and benefit offerings are governed by applicable collective bargaining agreement provisions.
