▪️Role in a nutshell:

Do you have a track record of building strong client relationships and confidently managing complex projects end-to-end? This role is ideal for someone who combines ownership with structure and knows how to turn ideas into well-executed campaigns.

We’re looking for an Account Manager to lead innovative advertising projects for one of our key clients - a well-known, highly regarded brand with whom we maintain a true partnership.

In this role, you’ll be at the center of client communication, ensuring smooth project delivery and high-quality execution. This is not just coordination – it’s about taking ownership and translating creative concepts into effective 360° campaigns across digital, OOH, social media, and radio.

 

▪️Job Details:

Location: Hybrid model - 2 days per week in our Warsaw office, with the option to work remotely on other days
Close collaboration: Social Media, Creative, Strategy, and Production teams

 

▪️What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing projects and campaigns end-to-end, from brief through execution to delivery and post-buy
  • Owning client relationships, timelines, budgets, and overall project delivery
  • Leading multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Translating creative ideas into concrete campaign executions across channels
  • Planning schedules, managing workflows, and ensuring smooth information flow across teams
  • Proactively identifying risks and addressing them before escalation is needed
  • Preparing presentations, recommendations, and campaign summaries for clients
  • Maintaining clear, transparent communication with both clients and internal teams
  • Supporting high-quality, on-time delivery across all workstreams
  • Managing formal and financial aspects of projects (budgets, cost estimates, invoicing, agreements)
  • Supporting selected new business initiatives and participating in pitch processes when required

 

▪️Skills and experience required to be successful in this role include:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Manager in an advertising agency
  • Proven ability to independently manage digital campaigns (banners, social media) - this is essential
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on execution quality
  • Experience working with media agencies and reading media plans
  • Strong understanding of the full agency process (brief → execution → delivery → post-buy)
  • Understanding of 360° campaign concepts across all key consumer touchpoints
  • Clear, structured communication skills - including the ability to handle financial and process discussions
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Solid project management skills - creating schedules, estimates, and coordinating tasks
  • Fluent English (min. B2) and advanced/native Polish (required)

 

▪️Nice to have:

  • Experience with OOH, TV, and radio formats
  • Familiarity with tools such as Trello, Jira, Teams, Outlook, and Kontentino
  • Background as a Project Manager or strong interest in process optimization

The gross salary for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. This range reflects our broader group’s compensation framework across diverse agencies and disciplines. For this specific role, our offer will be determined within this range based on our internal benchmark, reflecting the specific market conditions for our discipline. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.

In addition to the salary range provided, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our employees' well-being and professional growth. 8 500 zł17 042 zł PLN
