Are you an experienced professional with a talent for building and maintaining client relationships? We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team and lead digital advertising campaigns for one of our key clients – a strong love brand with whom we maintain a close, collaborative and partnership-based relationship. 

In this pivotal role, you’ll be the main point of contact, ensuring clear communication, smooth project execution, and high-quality service. You’ll work closely with our internal teams to develop and implement creative marketing initiatives that not only meet but exceed the client’s expectations. Join our Client Engagement team and play a key role in delivering outstanding advertising solutions! 

✨ Job Details:

• Location: Hybrid model - 2 day per week in our Warsaw office, with the option to work remotely on other days
• Close collaboration: Social Media, Creative, Strategy and Production Teams

🥇 What will keep you busy during the day:

• Independently managing assigned projects, ensuring smooth and efficient implementation.
• Taking initiative in transforming creative advertising ideas into actionable outcomes – from concept to execution.
• Organizing and streamlining project workflows to maintain high service standards and meet business objectives.
• Supporting the team in delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams – creative, strategy, social media, and production.
• Developing and nurturing positive client relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

🔑 Skills and experience required to be successful in this role include:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in an advertising agency.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on execution quality.
• Experience collaborating with media agencies.
• Understanding of 360° campaign concepts, covering all consumer touchpoints.
• Solid project management knowledge – creating schedules, estimates, and coordinating tasks.
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
• Advanced or native-level proficiency in Polish – is a must.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup – our office is located in Warsaw.
• Experience as a Project Manager or a strong passion for organizing and optimizing processes is a plus.
