Technical Product Owner – App / CVM Role Overview We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to act as the bridge between our business product teams and internal technology partners, ensuring the app vision is delivered in line with the business roadmap. You will coordinate across architecture, engineering, PEGA, CMS, and backend platforms, providing the interface needed to design scalable, secure, and high-performing mobile experiences. This role requires deep technical understanding of mobile app ecosystems, enabling you to guide technical discussions, foresee integration challenges, and ensure solutions are architecturally sound. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities 1. Support the business roadmap by validating technical feasibility and aligning delivery across app, web, and backend systems. 2. Act as a technical expert for mobile app architecture — including frameworks, APIs, security, and performance optimisation. 3. Coordinate delivery between app, web, PEGA, CMS, API, and infrastructure teams. 4. Translate business requirements into clear user stories with the right technical considerations. 5. Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and constraints across multiple platforms. 6. Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and scalability goals. 7. Facilitate clear communication between business and technical teams, influencing design and delivery decisions. ________________________________________ Skills & Experience 1. Deep understanding of iOS and Android architecture, SDKs, frameworks, and release processes. 2. Experience with backend integrations, microservices, and API design. 3. Familiarity with PEGA, CMS platforms (e.g., Liferay), and enterprise integration patterns. 4. Strong grasp of mobile app performance, security best practices, and scalability considerations. 5. Proven ability to coordinate across architecture, engineering, and platform teams. Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
