About the Role 
 

The Paid Search Executive will support the execution and optimisation of campaigns across major search platforms. You’ll focus on improving efficiency, conversion performance, and overall search visibility within Google and Microsoft ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Execute and optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Track daily performance, pacing, keyword trends, and search demand signals.
  • Collaborate with analytics and content teams to test new ad copy and landing page variations.
  • Monitor conversion tracking, tags, and event setup to ensure accurate measurement.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports with insights and optimisation recommendations.
  • Stay informed on automation updates, bidding strategies, and search algorithm changes.

Requirements 

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in paid search or performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads; experience in Microsoft Ads is a plus.
  • Understanding of conversion tracking, tagging, and attribution models.
  • Strong analytical mindset with good Excel and reporting skills.
  • Eager to learn and grow within performance marketing.
