JOB DESCRIPTION:

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Assists staff and/or clients in determining if a client with no funding source would qualify for a funding source.  Assist or coordinates in connecting clients with resources in order to complete the State entitlement application or Marketplace application. Responsible for reporting and monitoring metrics regionally for the organization regarding the Private Pay financial class.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervisory Responsibilities:  This title does not supervise others.
  • Monitors and reports monthly regional counts of Reduced Rate, HIP, Private Pay, HPE and Client Assistance payers 
  • Responsible for coordinating resources within the regional offices to assist clients with completion of funding source applications as well as educating staff on funding requirements.
  • Travels to regional office to provide onsite resources information for clients and staff regarding funding source qualifications.
  • Monitors adjustment metrics for Reduced Rate, HIP, Private Pay, HPE and Client Assistance
  • Organizational counts for financial class will be within acceptable thresholds
  • Maintain a collaborative relationship with other Support Services team members and Clinical staff in order to coordinate funding sources for our clients.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.
  • Basic computer literacy skills- Knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Zoom and Skype preferred.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Critical thinking skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Level

High School Diploma or GED required. 

Years of Experience

One to three years of experience preferred.

$15.75--$22.00
